Multiple facts of alleged falsification were revealed at the precinct #49 of Marneuli district, including the repeated voting by the same voter.

Specifically, according to the GYLA observer, the voter Sanan Badalov has voted on precinct #49, who does not belong to that specific precinct. Through checking the observer list, GYLA revealed that Sanan Badalov is registered at the precinct #48. Later on, this person has tried to vote at the precinct #49 repeatedly, however, he left the polling station after GYLA observer’s intervention.

Apart from the mentioned fact, GYLA observers have identified individuals, who voted at the polling station twice – first at 11:32, next at 14:08 (see the photos). According to GYLA observer’s information, according to the ID card this person is called Ramin Ziadailev. GYLA’s examination of the voters’ list  of the #49 precinct shows that  there is no-one with this name in the public version of the voter’s list. Ramin Ziadailev is not present on any of the lists – not from the first round, nor from the second round of the elections (GYLA obtained the public version of the list through FOI request before the CEC).

According to GYLA observer’s information, at 15:25, 5 persons with prior inking tried to vote at the precinct #49. After GYLA’s intervention, those persons did not participate in the elections.

Due to the violations identified by now, GYLA requests termination of the voting process at the precinct #49 (1532 voters are registered at this polling station) and annulment of the results. GYLA also addresses the prosecution to launch investigation on the alleged fact of falsification.
