GYLA defended interests of journalist-Aleqsandre Khojava, who was dismissed from LEPL Georgian Public Broadcaster on July 18, 2018, in violation of Georgian legislation.

Today, on March 4, 2019, the Tbilisi City Court annulled decree on Aleqsandre Khojava’s dismissal from the office. LEPL Georgian Public Broadcaster was ordered to reinstate Aleqsandre Khojava to his position and remunerate him for the period of forced absence from the dismissal before the execution of the judgment.
