Since the day of its foundation in 1994, Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association has been actively involved in the process of monitoring elections of legislative and executive branches as well as local government bodies.  In the monitoring process GYLA permanently observes its neutrality.

GYLA as one of the leading Georgian NGOs   intends to submit impartial, competent and timely information to public on election process, to attract interest of state authorities and international organizations on election gaps and to take care of enhancement of the positive aspects that have been attained already.

Election observation mission aims
to ensure protection of election legislation and internationally accepted democratic standards by representatives of election administration, election subjects and public officials in pre-election period, at the polling day and while calculation of the results.
