Hearing about provision of compensation to victims of the natural disaster that occurred on June 13-14, 2015 will be held in Tbilisi Appellate Court today.

Tbilisi City Court has fully granted the victim’s claim and has ordered the Property Management Agency of Tbilisi City Hall to sign an agreement with the plaintiffs for payment of compensation.

Tbilisi City Hall, the Government and the Property Management Agency didn’t agree with Tbilisi City Court’s decision and challenged the decision in the Appellate Court.

Tbilisi Appellate Court will judge on legality of Tbilisi City Court’s decision.
