GYLA was representing a person illegally dismissed from Medlog Poti Ltd. In 2020, the company terminated his employment contract with him. With the assistance of GYLA, the dismissed person filed a lawsuit with the Poti City Court, requesting the annulment of the contract termination order, reinstatement in service and reimbursement of unpaid income.
In the course of the dispute, an amicable settlement was reached between the employer and the dismissed person. Medlog Poti Ltd will pay 10,000 GEL as compensation to the dismissed person.
