The purpose of the project:

- To facilitate the proper exercise of the right of access to effective justice in relation to environmental protection issues in Georgia. For this purpose, based on judicial practice, to study what challenges and problems exist in terms of access to effective justice on environmental protection issues and to assess the extent to which Georgia fulfills its obligations under the Association Agreement with the European Union in this regard.

- Based on the results of the research, to develop recommendations, if taken into account, it will be possible to overcome the existing problems and challenges in terms of access to effective justice.

- Make the issue relevant and advocate for key recommendations to take action to address the issues identified in the research.
